How to Pay
We accept online payment via Stripe in a secure environment using the following credit and debit cards: Visa, American Express, Master Card.

Please make sure you provide us with valid, clear, active telephone number, email and address when you check out as we will use these details to contact you.
UK Delivery costs - £6.50 flat rate per delivery for homegoods . Please allow 3-5 Working Days for delivery. We will notify you once your goods have been shipped.
All delivery costs will be quoted at the time of invoice and are not included in the furniture cost. We will advise the most reliable and cost effective options. Where possible please advise final postcodes and any access issues when ordering.
If you would like delivery outside the UK, please contact us for an accurate shipping costs and delivery time.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving it.
The item needs to be in the same unused condition and in original packaging. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is because of an error on our part.
Any custom orders cannot be returned.
Refunds on physical products will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and within 14 days from the date of cancellation. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
